摘    要:交联聚乙烯电缆的绝缘挤制工序现多采用三层共挤连续交联型机组。这种型式的交联机组一般都有长达约200 m的交联管,所以该机组每次启车费用惊人。如果实现相邻规格导线不停车换模具而连续挤制,这就减少了启停车次数,大大降低材料的消耗,从而降低电缆的制造成本。

Abstract:The insulation extrusion process for XLPE cables mostly employs continuous vulcanization machine set,which usually has a curing pipe as long as 200 m.The costs for the start-up of this kind of machine set is expensive.Die change for producing adjacent sizes of insulated conductors without shutdown will reduce the number of machine starts/shutdowns,resulting in great reduction in material consumption and the cable production costs as well.
