基于AutoCAD的直齿、斜齿圆柱齿轮三维参数化造型方法

摘    要:采用了AutoCAD嵌入式开发语言AutoLISP,以AutoCAD2000为开发平台,实现了渐开线式直齿、斜齿圆柱齿轮的三维参数化建模。用户在使用时可以根据具体需求输入参数值,即可自动绘制所需齿轮。设计出的齿轮具有良好的延续性和继承性,减少了设计人员的重复劳动,提高了设计效率。用仿真加工的方法对直齿圆柱齿轮进行参数化建模,不仅能实现尺寸驱动模型,还能生成准确度较高的标准齿轮模型,该方法可为设计其它几何形状更为复杂的机械零件提供一定的帮助,具有较好的实用价值。

Abstract:Achieve successfully 3D parameterized modeling of straight and cylindrical gear wheel with AutoLISP in AutoCAD2000. Gear wheel can be built after the valves of parameters are inputted in use. So, design efficiency is improved greatly and repeated work is reduced because of the tractility of designing. Use emulation mode to build parameterized model of straight and cylindrical gear wheel, not only can make the model change as the diversification of parameters but also can build accurately standard gear wheel. The method advanced will provide some help for the designing of more complicated machine parts. It has a nicer practicability.
