碳化钨-铈钴超细硬质合金制取工艺研究

摘    要:以稀土铈-钴预合金(金属间化合物)作为硬质合金液相引发剂,通过加压烧结促进硬质合金致密化,制备了S55牌号超细硬质合金化纤切断刀。合金物理机械性能检测及使用研究结果表明:利用稀土液相引发剂和加压烧结工艺,并辅以合适的晶粒长大抑制剂,可获得超细高硬度、高强度的硬质合金,研发的S55牌号化纤切断刀使用寿命提高一倍以上。

Abstract:By using the rare earth cerium-cobalt pre-alloy (intennetallie compound) as hard alloy liquid phase initiator, with the alloy densification is promoted by pressure sintering, the S55 grade ultrafine hard alloy chemical fiber cut-off tool was prepared. The results of the mechanical properties examination and application research indicate that, by using rare earth liquid phase initiator, pressure sintering and appropriate crystal growth inhibitor, the hard alloy with high hardness and strength may be obtained, the service life of the S55 chemical fiber cut--off tool is enhanced above one time.
