| 摘 要： | 分析在聚酯生产中工业炉低温腐蚀的起因及其引起的严重后果,探讨防止或延缓这种腐蚀的有效措施,包括采用低硫油及添加剂、控制排烟及预热器的温度、定期清除积灰等等,以达到延缓低温腐蚀的目的。

| Abstract: | Low temperature Corrossion of industrial furnace disturbs th e polyester stable produc-tio.This paper analyzes the cause of this kind of corrosion,and then some countermeasures have been put forward,including the use of additive and low sulfur oil,temperatur e control for flue gas and pre-heater,and regularly soot blow ing etc.,so as to lessen the impact of Low Temperature Corrosion. |
