| 摘 要： | 在物流服务质量（LSQ）的评价指标体系中，有些指标存在着不确定性和动态变化性。基于顾客导向的物流服务质量评价体系，采用动态模糊集理论，提出物流服务质量的动态模糊综合评价方法，解决物流服务质量评价中动态模糊性和动态性问题。通过一个案例来说明所提出的方法的应用。

| Abstract: | In evaluating logistics service quality,some factors are characterized as uncertainty and dynamics.To reflect the uncertainty and dynamics of such factors,a comprehensive,dynamic and fuzzy evaluation method is proposed to measure the factors.In this way,a customer-oriented logistics service quality system is established.A case problem is used to show the application of the proposed method. |
