给水排水专项规划编制中若干问题的探讨

近年来,中国的工业化和城市化进程得到了快速推进,作为城乡发展的重要支撑——给水排水设施的规划建设面临着诸多的矛盾和问题,既面临着工业化带来的日趋严重的水资源短缺和环境污染问题的压力,又面临着统筹城乡一体化发展带来的城乡一体化用地布局与基础设施紧凑有序建设之间的矛盾。本文从上述情况出发,对给排水系统设计、规模确定、管网布局和排水体制选择等方面问题进行了探讨。

ON THE FORMULATION OF WATER SUPPLY AND DRAINAGE PLANNING

In recent years, the industrialization and urbanization has grown rapidly. The planning and construction of water supply and drainage facilities, the important support of the urban-rural development, is facing with both the water resources shortage and the environmental pollution as a result of the industrialization and the contradiction between urban-rural integrated land layout and compact infra- structure generated by the urban-rural integrated development. This paper, aiming at the above mentioned problems, discusses the water supply and drainage system design, the determination of the scale, the layout of the pipe networks and the selection of drainage system.
