摘    要:针对神华宁煤集团不同煤化工项目采用的Texaco水煤浆加压气化工艺和GSP干煤粉加压气化工艺,从工艺流程、主要设备和技术指标方面进行对比研究,分析了各气化工艺在实际运行中的优势和不足。GSP气化较Texaco气化在原料煤适应性、消耗指标等方面有其优越性,但在运行稳定性、技术成熟性方面有待进一步提高。

Abstract:Two different coal gasification technologies, namely, the GE's Texaco CWS gasification technology from US and the Siemens' GSP dry pulverized coal gasification technology from Germany, both adopted by Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group, were studied and compared, and their advantages and disadvantages revealed in actual operation were sum- marized. The findings showed that the GSP technology had a lot of advantages over the Texaco technology, while its oper-ability is not as good as the latter.
