| 摘 要： | 水电服务保障工作水平的高低,直接影响到油田生产经营活动的正常开展,它与油田居民的生活幸福指数息息相关。虽然基本上保证了生产生活的需求,但还需要进一步加强和改进。在实践中要做好三个方面的工作:一是加快水电基础设施改造,为提升水电服务保障能力提供硬件支持;二是积极实施人才强企战略,为提升水电服务保障能力提供人才支撑;三是不断优化水电服务方式,为提升水电服务保障能力提供软件支持。

| Abstract: | The quality of water and power supply service directly affects the running of operations and productions in Jianghan Oil Field and is closely related to the well being of our residents. Although the existing services meet the basic needs of production and livelihood, it demands further improvement. There are three things needing special at- tention in practices： first is to accelerate infrastructure renovation to support the enhancement of water and power supply services; second is to expand talent pool to provide specialized workers to secure and improve water and elec- tricity supply; last is to improve the delivery of services to boost service capability. |
