摘    要:动脉粥样硬化是严重威胁人类健康的疾病。紫甘薯富含花青素,是一种特殊的甘薯品种。本文综述了紫甘薯花青素抗氧化、降血脂、降压、降血糖、抗炎等生理活性的研究进展。

Abstract:Atherosclerosis poses grave threat to human's health. The purple sweet potato is a special variety of sweet potatoes and contains plenty of anthocyanins. The anthocyanins may play an important role in preventing the development of atherosclerosis, due to their multiple physiological functions such as antioxidant, anti-hyperlipidemia, anti-hypertension, anti-hyperglycemia and anti-inflanmlatory, and soon.
