A practical method of DSS anal ysis and design

In the process of DSS requirement investigation and system analysis,for structual prob-lems it is appropriate to use the FTO method to describe and analyse the statusquo. As for de-cision analysis and representation,and for scheme design and selection,the method of ROMCis recommended.This paper describes a practical method,the synthetic use of ROMC andFTO,for a production management DSS of a medium-sized enterprise. Practice shows thatthis synthetic method is practical and effective.
