溴化十六烷基吡啶光度法测定微量锡

摘    要:在03mol/L的硫酸介质中,于溴化十六烷基吡啶存在下,形成锡 苯芴酮 溴化十六烷基吡啶橙红色三元络合物,其吸收波长为510nm,摩尔吸光系数为ε510=1.07×105L·mol-1·cm-1,样品标准偏差S<0.03%,锡含量在0~8μg/50ml内符合比尔定律。本法已成功地运用于多金属矿分析。

Abstract:In the presence of cetylpyridine bromide, tin can form an orange ternary complex with phenylfluone in 0.3mol/L sulphuric acid medium. The maximum absorption of the complex is at 510 nm and molar absorptivity, 1.07105. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 08g/50ml for Sn. The standard deviation of sample is less than 0.03%. The method has been used for determination of multiple metal ores with satisfactory results.
