| 摘 要： | 主要介绍在武钢CSP线上试制X70管线钢的化学成分设计和轧制工艺控制,并对试验钢的力学性能、金相组织及析出物等进行详细分析.试验结果表明,采用合适的控轧控冷工艺,可保证其力学性能达到设计要求.试验钢的显微组织为先共析铁素体+针状铁素体,平均晶粒尺寸细小,是X70管线钢的理想金相组织.

| Abstract: | The present paper mostly introduces the chemical compositions design and rolling process control of the pipeline steel X70 trial produced at the CSP line in WISCO and at the same time analyzes in detail mechanics properties,metallographical structures and precipitated materials of the test steel.Results show that the mechanics properties of the steel can be ensured as long as appropriate control rolling and accelerated cooling processes are adopted.The micro structures of test steel are composed of proeutec... |
