蒙脱石复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘    要:以蒙脱石和粉煤灰为原料,添加一定量的粘结剂混合造粒制成复合颗粒吸附材料,用于处理含Cu2+废水。实验研究了蒙脱石/粉煤灰混合比例、焙烧温度、添加剂用量等因素对复合颗粒强度和吸附性能的影响。研究结果表明,制备复合颗粒最佳的工艺条件为:蒙脱石与粉煤灰的混合比为6∶4,焙烧温度450℃,工业淀粉的添加比例为10%,粒径1~2 mm。该材料的物理性能分析表明:吸水率为31.80%,显气孔率为46.82%,体积密度为1.47 kg/m3,抗压强度为5.28 MPa,比表面积为10.28 m2/g。说明所制备的复合材料吸附性能良好。
