| 摘 要： | 通过总结传统塔板尿塔转化率的变化规律,分析气室型塔板在各厂的运行情况,几种等温型内件的特点,以及新近推出的径流式塔板的转化率,认为尿塔提高转化率,发展趋势有二:一种是等温合成塔;一种是将塔内物料由传统的轴向流动,改为径向流动.

| Abstract: | Summarizing variation properties of conversion ratio in conventional urea converter,and analyzing the operation conditions of chamber trays in each factory,the features of the isothermal internals in the converter,and conversion ratio of the recently introduced radial flow tray,conclude there are two development trends for increasing the conversion ratio of urea converter,one is isothermal urea converter,the other is reactants in the converter changed from traditional axial flow to radial flow. |
