摘    要:在Davinci ARM+DSP双核平台上开发基于3G网络的移动视频监控系统收发终端。将编解码运算分离出来与上层应用控制程序并行运行,提高系统工作效率。在平台上构建3G联网环境,实现并优化针对3G有线/无线混合网络的传输策略。仿真结果显示监控系统能够满足异构网络环境中监控信息被多方共享的需求,适应模拟3G混合网络中复杂丢包情况,最大程度减小视频流传输质量损害。
