钢渣助磨剂选择性试验研究

摘    要:钢渣粉体化是钢渣利用的一大趋势,如何选择一种助磨剂十分关键.文章选用Na2 SiO3、MnO2、无水乙醇、三乙醇胺、三聚磷酸钠、多聚磷酸钠、A+B(自制)、红土(含少量稀土元素,产自内蒙古)+三乙醇胺作为助磨剂对钢渣进行粉磨.研究结果表明,A+B复合型助磨剂对钢渣有很好的助磨效果,粉磨效率可以提高9%.本研究为钢渣的粉...

Abstract:The micronization of steel slag is one of the major trends in utilization.It is essential to select a grinding aid.In this paper sodium silicate,manganese dioxide,absolute ethyl alcohol,triethanolamine,trimeric sodium phosphate,polysodium phosphate,A+B,red earth + triethanolamin are chosen as the grinding aid to increase the efficiency of milling.The results show that A+B is the best grinding aid for steel slag and the efficiency of milling is increased by 9 %.The research offers a certain basis for grindin...
