| 摘 要： | 采用DEA方法中的CCR模型评价中国交通运输行业绩效,用主成份分析法构建出6个投入指标和5个产出指标,通过编写LINGO程序求解绩效指数,发现中国交通运输行业30年发展历程可分为4个阶段,其绩效指数到2013年将停止下降;进行关键要素分析,发现运输线路投入和周转量产出是影响交通运输绩效的核心要素,建议行业管理部门应重视高速公路、国际航线、国家铁路的投入建设,强调铁路货运和水路货运的核心作用。
