预灰最佳工艺指标的选择

摘    要:根据齐齐哈尔糖厂一段时间预灰汁脱胶率低,糖汁过滤阻力大,成品色值高,影响甜菜加工量的问题,用数据统计的方法分析影响因素,并根据实际情况,确定预灰最佳工艺参数。所得结论经齐齐哈尔糖厂验证,提出了预灰汁脱胶率,加快了过滤速度,使成品色值降低到65ICU以下,生产能力达到2100吨/日以上。

Abstract:In this paper,accordring to the problem of lower efficiency of colloid elimination in preliming juice,higher filtering obstruction of sugar juice,deeper colour of the product,fewer quantity of beet handling in QiQiHar Sugar Manufacturer, the writer is going to analyse the affecting factor by means of mathematical statistics,and determine the best technology parameter of the preliming according to the reality. Through testing and verifying in QiQiHar Sugar Manufacturer, the conclusion is that the efficiency of colloid elimination is raised,the rate of filtering is raised, the colour of product is dropped to 65ICU,the quantity of beet handling is rised to 21 00t/d.
