| 摘 要： | 在制药生产中,发酵液的特点是菌丝浓度高、黏度大.陶瓷膜在制药生产中主要应用在预处理方面,由于设计和选型上的失误,导致使用效果并不理想.指出在设计和选型时特别要引起重视的方面有管路设计、膜芯孔径大小、串联级数、以及循环泵的选型.

| Abstract: | The characteristics of fermentation broth in pharmaceutical production are high concentration of mycelium and high viscosity, and ceramic membrane was mostly used in pretreatment . For the mistakes of design and lectotype, it's actual application effects were not satisfied. The respects which must be paid attention to in design and lectotype are design of pipe laying ;size of memberane core's flow channel; series of memberane and lectotype of the circulating pump. |
