| 摘 要： | 以牡北一次变“5.29”带地刀合刀闸事故为例,分析了变电运行误操作事故发生的原因,提出了防范措施.认为人为因素、管理方法、防误措施是有效防止误操作事故发生的关键.

| Abstract: | aking the trouble of switch on with earthing switch occurred in 29,May for instance in north Mudanjiang primary substation,the reason of malfunction trouble while substation operating was analyzed,and the countermeasures were presented.It is believed that operator' behavior,management method and countermeasure are key factors to prevent malfunction. |
