膏体管道输送阻力损失研究

摘    要:采用山东新汶矿业集团孙村煤矿的煤矸石及其附近火电厂的粉煤灰和其它一些添加剂制成了5种膏体。在对膏体充填力学参数基础上,运用ANSYS软件中的FLOTRAN CFD计算流体动力学分析模块对膏体管道输送进行了数值模拟分析。分析结果与实际相符合,从而证明了ANSYS软件是膏体管道输送的阻力损失计算的有效工具。

Abstract:Five kinds of paste for backfilling were produced in a laboratory with coal gangue of Suncun Coal Mine of Shandong Xinwen Mining Group,fly ash in a nearby thermal power plant and other additives.Based on test of mechanical parameters of paste backfilling,pipeline transporting process of paste was simulated numerically by an analysis module for flow dynamics calculation(FLOTRAN CFD) of ANSYS software.Analytical results were identical to practice,which proved that the ANSYS software is an effective tool to calculate resistance loss of paste pipeline transportation.
