| Abstract: | The technique and method applied to the development and protection of water source for the rural drinking water scheme in Sino-Germany food security project are presented herein. Especially, the concept and the design method for establishment of the second water source protection area are described, which provide a reference for the water source protection areas of rural drinking water schemes in hilly regions. |
