零件形状特征自动提取技术的研究

摘    要:在三维实体造型环境下,基于零件构造的布尔运算和参数化设计的过程,提取构成零件的每一个基本体,利用知识库(即规则库)和模糊综合评判的方法,模拟人的形象思维和设计习惯,识别出构成零件的主体结构。按照最佳方向二要素原则自动识别和提取出零件的形状特征,从而自动生成符合工程要求的主视图,为在三维设计中自动生成符合工程要求的二维图打下良好的基础。

Abstract:This paper provides a method performed in the environment of three-dimensional modeling. Based on the Boolean operation and parameter design, each elementary bodies can be picked-up from the mechine part. The method works on the base of knowledge repository and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. It simulates the thinking of human brain, filters out the main body of the part. The main feature of the part can be found, by using the structure the quadric factor of optimum direction. The main view of the body matching engineering requests is automatically created from the three-dimensional model without human intervention. It makes good foundations to automatically create two-dimensional drawings in three-dimensional design.
