电除尘阴极材料腐蚀失效分析

摘    要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜等手段对某炼钢厂的电除尘阴极腐蚀失效进行了分析,分析结果表明304不锈钢阴极材料在电除尘器中发生了均匀腐蚀,是由于除尘灰中SO3与蒸发冷喷淋水反应生成H2SO4,高温下导致304不锈钢表面钝化膜溶解破坏所致。

Abstract:The corrosion failure of cathode in electrostatic precipitator was analyzed using optical microscopy and scan electronic microscope,it showed that uniform corrosion happened on 304 stainless steel cathode,the major reason was that sulfur trioxide and water steam react into sulfuric acid,which resulted in passive film of 304 stainless steel cathode surface dissolving at high temperature.
