摘    要:介绍了数控机床螺距误差的测试原理、测量方法及补偿的实现,通过对某型号数控机床螺距误差补偿的实验,表明了该补偿方法能较大限度地提高数控机床的位置精度。

Abstract:The paper introduces principle, measuring way, and compensation implementation of NC machine screw pitch error. By the experiments of some NC machine screw pitch error compensation, the result indicates that position accuracy of the NC machine can be improved by this method.
