摘    要:客运列车地面电源在不同时间段由不同的人员操作,为不同局属列车供电,这造成对电源人工管理的困难.采用VB.NET语言开发了监控软件,通过网络监控和自动统计多个地面电源的不同用户和列车的用电量.设计采用RFID卡辨别不同用户和列车,采用数据库记录、管理用户用电,并运用基于OPC的数据交互技术实现监控软件与服务器的通信.软件设计引入三层架构模型和事件委托机制将数据访问层、业务逻辑层、界面表示层分离,并采用终端存储和中心存储结合方法改善了监控软件的实时性.

Abstract:A ground power supplies power for different trains that belong to different rail bureaus at different time,and it may be operated by different operator,which causes difficulty for artificial power management.Monitoring and control software is developed with VB.NET in VS2013 environment to manage it automatically.RFID is used to recognize different operators,and database technology is adopted to manage and record electricity.OPC-based data interactive technology achieves the communication between the monitoring software and the PLC.Three-layered configuration model and event delegation mechanism are designed.To improve the real-time performance of the monitoring software,the user''s data are saved at local PLC and remote computer.
