十二氟庚醇琥珀酸酯磺酸盐的合成及性能

摘    要:以十二氟庚醇、顺丁烯二酸酐、无水亚硫酸钠为原料,经酯化、磺化反应制备了一种阴离子表面活性剂——十二氟庚醇琥珀酸酯磺酸盐,考察了酯化、磺化的反应条件。酯化反应的最佳条件为:n(十二氟庚醇)∶n(顺丁烯二酸酐)=1∶1.2,n(催化剂)∶n(十二氟庚醇)=6∶100,反应时间4 h,反应温度85℃,酯化率为98.45%;磺化反应的最佳条件为:n(马来酸单酯)∶n(亚硫酸钠)=1∶1.2,反应时间1.5 h,反应温度75℃,磺化率为98.52%。对产物的性能进行测定,其临界胶团浓度是2.65×10-3mol/L,表面张力是22.19 mN/m。该工作的新颖性,已为2008年8月27日由四川理工学院图书馆出具的第2008001号《科技查新》报告所证实。

Synthesis and Properties of Dodecafluoroheptanol Sodium Sulfosuccinate

Abstract:A type of anionic surfactant—dodecafluoroheptanol sodium sulfosuccinate was prepared with dodecafluoroheptanol,maleic anhydride and anhydrous sodium sulfite as starting materials by means of esterification and sulphonation.The optimum reaction conditions of esterification were n(dodecafluoroheptanol)∶n(maleic anhydride)=1∶1.2,n(catalyst)∶n(dodecafluoroheptanol)=6∶100,reaction time 4 h and reaction temperature 85 ℃.Esterification ratio of the product was 98.45%.The optimum reaction conditions of sulphonation were n(maleic monoester)∶n(anhydrous sodium sulfite)=1∶1.2,reaction time 1.5 h and reaction temperature 75 ℃.Sulphonation ratio of the product was 98.52%.Its surface properties were investigated:CMC=2.65×10-3 mol/L,γCMC=22.19 mN/m.This work has not been previously reported in literature.
