专网与4G网络融合在应急通信的应用研究

应急通信指挥调度的快速有效决策需要多媒体信息,各个团体协同作战需要统一指挥和信息交互,目前专网之间、专网和公网之间存在割裂,信息无法有效联通融合并智能数据分析.研究以IP为基础的专网和公网信息融合,兼有卫星通信、WiFi、电脑、PAD、物联网、智能医疗、智能交通等通信网络融合,实现多媒体调度指挥中心适应现代应急通信的需求.给出了网络融合方案以及个人移动终端和PC升级对讲系统的方法,分析了网络融合的核心技术和关键技术,以网络融合在公共安全的具体应用说明网络融合的重要性,展望坚持专网发展,借助公网优势,并逐步扩大专网的覆盖范围是未来网络融合的发展方向.

Private network with 4G network in the application of emergency communication research
