模糊PID控制的便携式柴油发电机系统设计

摘    要:为了提高柴油发电机在复杂工况下输出电压的稳定性,满足交流发电机尽快响应负载变化的要求,在便携式柴油发电机的整流和逆变环节,设计了以转速反馈和电流补偿相结合模糊PID控制.利用MATLAB/Simulink对柴油机负载恒定和突加、突减负载等不同工况进行传统PID算法和模糊PID控制算法的对比仿真分析,经在便携式柴油发电机组上实际验证,结果表明,此方案既简单快速,又提高了系统精度,在各种负载变化的情况下能取得较好的控制效果,具有较高的实用价值.

Abstract:For the purpose of improving the stability of the diesel generator output voltage at the complicated condition, meeting the requirements that the alternator responses to the load as soon as possible, this paper designed fuzzy PID control combined with rotate speed feedback and current compensation in the diesel generating set of rectifier and inverter.Using MATLAB / SIMULINK, the traditional PID algorithm and the fuzzy PID control algorithm are compared and analyzed for different working conditions, such as constant load of diesel engine and sudden increase and sudden decrease of load.Via actual verification on diesel generator, the results show that this scheme has the advantage of simple and fast, and also improved the precision of the system.Sound effects can be achieved in the case of various load changes, so the method is of high using value.
