摘    要:由于现在战争的需要,对弹药精确打击能力提出了新的要求,传统的测量方法对高旋弹转速的测量,受器件过载、成本限制、精度要求已经无法满足工程应用的需求.地磁场作为一个有规律的稳定场,在宇宙空间探测、国防、矿场探测方面发挥着重要作用.本文提出的测量系统利用两片HMC1052,通过特殊的传感器组合方式获取地磁场信号,地磁场信号在再经过过零点结算,最终得到弹体转速.该测量系统能够解决转速高达330 r/s的高旋弹转速测量问题,经过试验验证,转速误差相对精度可以达到1.52%.

Abstract:Due to the need of the war,the new requirementsthe of the ammunition precision strike is put forward.The traditional measuring method for measuring the rotational speed of high rolling missile,restricted by overload,cost,accuracy,has been unable to meet the needs of engineering application.Geomagnetic field is a regular and stable field and plays an important role in the detection of universe,national defense and the detection of mine.In this paper,the measurement system using two pieces of HMC1052,through the special sensor combination obtains geomagnetic signal.after passing zero processing,we get the projectile speed.The measurement system proposed in this paper can solve the problem of high rolling missile's speend.The measurement of rotation speed is up to 330 r/s.Through the test,the relative error precision of rotation speed can be achieved 1.52%.
