一种新型的高升压Boost变换器研究

摘    要:由于清洁能源的广泛应用,电力电子变换器成为了研究的热点.将高升压比的Boost变换器用于清洁能源发电系统中,需要考虑变换器的升压能力和效率.针对传统变换器的缺点,提出了一种新型的高升压Boost变换器,根据其拓扑结构建立了等效的平均数学模型,推导出了该变换器升压比的计算公式.最后在MATLAB下搭建了仿真电路对所提出的变换器进行验证.理论分析和仿真结果表明了所提出的Boost变换器相比于传统Boost变换器具有高升压、开关器件电压应力低和转换效率高的优点.

Abstract:As the widely used of clean energy,power electronics converter has become a hotspot of research.This paper proposed a kind of new high step-up boost converter based on the traditional boost converter.Firstly,the average model of the proposed converter was built on the basis of its topology.And then the step-up gain of this converter was deduced.Lastly,the simulation model was built to verify the proposed converter under the environment of MATLAB.Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed boost converter has many advantages compared with the traditional one,such as high voltage gain,low voltage stress and high converter efficiency.
