摘    要:针对各高等院校PLC教学实训平台的欠缺,将虚拟现实技术应用在PLC控制系统中,构建一个虚拟仿真系统.以燃气锅炉为例,采用3ds Max软件建模、渲染,并将模型导入Quest3D,利用Quest3D中丰富的预设Channel搭建了一个燃气锅炉仿真系统,以硬件实物PLC为控制器,设计控制板和通信模块,实现PLC与虚拟现场景的交互.测试结果表明,通过该系统学生不仅可以编写并验证PLC程序,真正参与到与控制现场相似的操作中,清晰地了解PLC的控制与运行,而且避免设备的损坏和事故,节约实训成本,具有较高的安全性和经济性.

Abstract:Aiming at the deficiency of PLC teaching and training platform in Universities,the virtual reality technology is applied in the PLC control system to build a virtual simulation.As example of gas-fired boiler,using 3ds Max established the model,which imported into Quest3D software,using the extensive Channel that Quest3D offered,the paper proposed to build a virtual reality simulation platform.Designing the control panel and the communication module to realize interaction between PLC and virtual reality interface.The results show that students can write and verify the PLC program,really participate in the operation which is similar to real scenes.So students can clearly understand PLC control and operation.What's more,it can avoid equipment damage and accident,and save training cost.Thus,the system has high security and economy.
