基于TD-LTE的燃气锅炉远程监控系统研究与设计

针对现阶段锅炉远程监控系统数据传输速率慢、实时性差的弊端,在深入调研的基础上,研究、设计了一种基于以TD-LTE为通信方式和以LabVIEW为测量软件的锅炉远程监控系统.TD-LTE是最新一代移动通信技术,通信速率更快,从而使锅炉远程监控系统的实时性更好.通过本系统能够快速有效的监控锅炉房的工作状态,对故障进行识别和判断,还能够对历史数据进行查询和分析.经过模拟调试验证了系统对锅炉的压力、锅炉水位、水温、燃气状态等关键参数的实时监控,能够有效应对突发事件.

Design of gas fired boiler remote monitoring system based on TD LTE

According to the disadvantages of slow speed of data transmission and bad real-time performance of the boiler remote monitoring system,on the basis of in-depth research,a remote monitoring system of boiler was designed based on TD-LTE and LabVIEW measurement software.The TD-LTE is the latest generation of mobile communication technology,the communication rate faster,thus realtime performance of the remote monitoring system of boiler is better.The working state of the boiler room can be quickly and effectively monitored by the boiler remote monitoring system,the fault could be identified and judged,and the historical data can be used to queried and analyzed.Simulative debugging proved that the key parameters of oil well situations such as boiler pressure,boiler water level,water temperature,gas state can be real-timely monitored,and can effectively cope with emergencies.
