基于ARM的均衡充电控制系统

摘    要:全电战车要求在作战中具有反应迅速、高灵活性的特点.基于全电战车要求提出了对全电战车进行电池更换的快速配电方案.充电锂电池均衡充电模块化的设计使快速换电成为可能.反激式变换器均衡充电适合模块化设计,因此提出了基于ARM对反激式变换器均衡充电的控制.并且采用了外部充电电源进行均衡充电的策略,这种均衡策略利于模块化设计,符合快速换电的需求.在均衡充电过程中,通过采集充电电流和电池电压,利用安时法计算出电池的荷电状态(SOC),来调节驱动脉冲波形PWM的占空比,从而实现变速均衡充电.研究表明该方法可以更好的实现对锂电池的均衡充电和保护控制.

Abstract:The all-electric tank requires rapid response and high flexibility characteristics in combat.According to the requirements this paper present battery replacing sheme to solve the fast power supply problem.The equalizing charge modular design of rechargeable lithium battery makes fast power supply possible.The equalizing charge plan with flyback converter based on ARM is proposed due to its suitbility for modular design.And the external power supply equalizing charging method is used,which not only makes the modular strategy easier but also meet the rapid demand for electricity.In the equalizing charging process,battery SOC (state of charge) can be calculated through Ah method by collecting the charge current and battery voltage.Then equalizing charging can be achieved by adjusting the duty cycle of the PWM drive waveforms according to SOC.Studies have shown that this method can achieve a better result in both equalizing charging and protection control for lithium batteries.
