RS-422与1553B总线同步数据传输系统的设计与实现

摘    要:某微波雷达上载有两种位姿测量装置,正常工作期间,分别通过RS-422及1553B总线回传角度信息至外部飞行器.为实现位姿的精确测量,要求飞行器通过两通道同时获取两种装置在同一时刻解算的数据结果且同步误差小于5μs.设计的同步数据传输系统用于模拟外部飞行器,完成设计前期的方法验证及地面测试.设计中通过使能1553B协议芯片BU-61580的外部触发器功能实现与RS422数据的同步收发,数据同步误差在2~3μs,并利用LabVIEW软件的多线程技术及灵活的队列操作对回传数据进行同步显示与存储,为进一步处理提供支持.

Abstract:There are two kinds of measuring device of position and attitude uploaded on a microwave radar.During normal working hours,respectively,the measuring devices return the angle information to the spacecraft through RS-422 and 1553B bus.In order to realize the accurate measurement of the position and attitude,the spacecraft has to get the data result calculated at the same time by the two measuring devices through the two bus channels and control the time deviation in 5μs.The synchronous data transmission system designed in this paper is used to simulate the spacecraft to accomplish the method verification of pre design and the ground test.The design realizes the synchronous transmission and reception with RS422 data by enable the external trigger function of BU-61580 which is one of the 1553B protocol chips and controls the deviation in 2~3μs.The design also uses the multithreading technology and flexible operation of the queue of LabVIEW to finish synchronous display and storage of data and provide supports for further processing.
