建筑类专业“双主体”校企协同培养模式的探索与实践

摘    要:面向工业4.0时代建筑行业信息化和智能化背景下转型升级的新挑战与新机遇,转变建筑类专业教育中“以校为主、以企为辅”的传统校企协同教育理念,探索“校企同行”的“双主体”协同育人新理念,通过人才培养目标与毕业要求的创新、特色实践课程体系的搭建、机制保障与育人平台的打造,全方位构建“立体交融”的建筑类专业“双主体”校企协同培养模式。以行业需求为导向,立足于新工科建设,融通多元学科与多方资源,经过8年的探索与实践,凝练高等教育教学改革的“哈工大范式”,为建筑类专业教育的发展与转型提供了全新的启示与路径。

Abstract:Facing the new challenges and opportunities of transformation and upgrading under the background of informatization and intelligence in the construction industry in the era of Industry 4.0, we transform the traditional education concept which is school-based and enterprise-assisted, explore the new concept of dual-subjects collaborative training of school-enterprise peers in architecture-related specialties. Through the innovation of talent training objectives and graduation requirements, and the construction of the characteristic practical course system, system guarantee, and the creation of the education platform, the dual-subject training mode is built in architecture- related specialties. The research of mode innovation is based on the concept of emerging engineering education and is oriented to the needs of the construction industry. We create the Harbin Institute of Technology Paradigm in the new era of higher education teaching reform by convergence multi-disciplinary, multi-resources and 8 years of exploration. The research results provide a new enlightenment and path for the education development and transformation of architecture- related specialties.
