辅助谐振换流极逆变器仿真研究

摘    要:随着交流电机调速技术的发展,对逆变器的性能要求也越来越高,但传统的逆变器仍然采用硬开关工作方式,存在着较大的电磁干扰和开关损耗。软开关逆变器可以降低功率开关管开关过程中的电压、电流变化率,从而达到抑制电磁干扰的目的。本文对一种新型的辅助谐振换流极逆变器(Auxiliary Resonant Commutated Pole Inverter,AECPI)进行了理论分析和仿真研究,对该电路结构的优、缺点进行了详细的阐述,分析了对软开关性能产生影响的因素。

Abstract:With the development of motor drive technique,the requirement for inverter's performance gets higher and higher.But the traditional inverters work in hard-switching mode,as a result,the severe EMI and switching losses come into being.The soft switching inverter can reduce the changing ratio during the switching period,so the EMI gets restrained.This paper demonstrates a novel auxiliary resonant commutated pole inverter,and shows some merits and drawbacks of this topology.The theoretic analysis and simulation researches are also given in this paper.Meanwhile,many factors affected the soft switching are analyzed in order to optimize the performance.
