摘    要:综合气象观测在气象事业发展中占据着十分重要的位置,气象观测所采集到的各种气象要素资料是天气预报预测、气候分析、专业气象服务等业务的主要数据来源。在实际的自动站数据采集过程中,天气、设备、人为故障等因素会造成所采集到的数据质量下降、不连续和可用性不高等情况。故而在进行气象观测业务时,需要明确其中的质量影响因素,并合理探讨管理方案,尽可能使气象观测业务更为准确、更为稳定地运行,为公共气象服务提供数据保障。文章分析了基层台站气象观测业务质量的影响因素,提出了有效提高综合气象观测业务质量的措施。

Abstract:Comprehensive meteorological observation plays a very important role in the development of meteorological undertakings.The data of various meteorological elements collected by the meteorological observation Institute are the main data sources of weather forecast,climate analysis,professional meteorological services and other businesses.In the actual process of automatic station data acquisition,weather,equipment,human failure and other factors will cause the quality of data collected to decline,discontinuity and low availability.When carrying out meteorological observation business,it is necessary to make clear the quality influencing factors and explore reasonable management scheme,so as to make meteorological observation business operate more accurately and stably and provide data guarantee for public meteorological services.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of meteorological observation service quality of basic stations,and puts forward effective measures to improve the comprehensive meteorological observation service quality.
