陶瓷膜浓缩果胶液的技术参数研究

摘    要:采用0.1μm 孔径的陶瓷膜浓缩果胶液,考察操作时间、膜面压差、料液比(果胶粉:去离子水)和操作温度对过滤膜通量的影响,分析各条件下稳定通量的变化规律。研究表明:实验设备运行1h 后膜管通量开始稳定,当膜面压差为0.08MPa、料液比为1:200(g/mL)、操作温度55℃时,稳定通量维持在145L/(h·m2)。

Abstract:The use of a ceramic membrane of 0.1 μm in pore size to concentrate pectin solution was evaluated. The effects of operation temperature, trans-membrane pressure and pectin concentration on permeation flux were investigated. The results showed that permeation flux tended to remain stable after 1 h of running. A stable permeation flux of 145 L/(h·m2) was obtained under the conditions of trans-membrane pressure 0.08 MPa, pectin concentration 0.5% and operation temperature 55 ℃.
