响应面分析法优化苦豆子多糖提取工艺

摘    要:采用响应面分析法对苦豆子多糖的提取工艺进行优化。以提取温度、提取时间及水料比为自变量,多糖提取率为响应值,做三因素三水平响应面分析,在分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用后,优化得到苦豆子多糖以水提取的最佳工艺条件为提取温度75℃、提取时间3h、水料比25:1(mL/g),在此条件下获得多糖的提取率为70.25%。

Abstract:This paper describes the optimization of extraction process of polysaccharides from Sophora alopecuraides L. seeds by response surface analysis (RSA), where the effects of extraction temperature, length of extraction time and material-to-water ratio and their interactions on polysaccharide yield were dealt with. The optimal conditions for the extraction of polysaccharides from Sophora alopecuraides L. seeds were obtained to be: e the optimization of extraction process temperature 75 ℃, length of extraction time 3 h and material-to-water ratio 1: 25, and the maximum polysaccharide yield was 70.25% under these conditions.
