摘    要:应用四元二次正交试验转组合设计,研究了温度,CO2浓度,O2浓度及红桔油(CitrustangerinaTanake)四因子五水平不同组合对嗜卷书虱(LiposcelisbostrychophilaB.)熏蒸作用的交互效应,结果表明四因子对嗜卷书虱熏蒸作用的效果影响显著;单因子效应分析表明,四因子中CO2浓度对试虫死亡率的影响最大,红桔油浓度次之,温度第三,O2浓度作用最小;因子间互作分析表明,其

Abstract:A design of orthogonal conic substitution of 4 factors and 5 levels was adopted to study the influence of temperature,CO 2 concentration,O 2 concentration and the concentration of plant oil of Citrus tangerina Tanaka on the mortality of Liposcelis bostrychophila Badonnel.The regression coefficients of each item in the model indicated that the order of the major factors affecting mortality were CO 2 concentration>plant oil concentration>temperature>O 2 concentration.The interaction between temperature and other 3 factors as well as between O 2 concentration and plant oil concentration appeared to be significant statistically.The better controlling effectiveness could be obtained by using low oxygen and high carbon dioxide concentrations combined with relatively higher concentrations of plant oil at higher temperature.
