5HDH35多级混流式谷物烘干机的设计与应用

摘    要:详细介绍了5HDH35多级混流式大型谷物烘干机的设计计算,并对应用效果进行了总结分析,该机烘干玉米的一些性降水幅度可达18%以上,日出干粮为200t以上,烘干水稻的爆腰率增值为2.7%,能够较好的保证烘后粮食的品质。

Abstract:Design calculation of Multi-stage Mixed-Flow Grain dryer 5HDH35 is introduced in this paper.The application effect has been analysed.When drying corn using this dryer,the moisture content can be redoced 18% in a single circulation,and the productivity will be over 200 ton daily.When drying rice,the percent cracked rice will increase 2.7%,and the grain quality after drying was satisfied.
