下承式钢管混凝土拱梁组合桥施工技术研究

摘    要:蒲山特大桥为下承式钢管混凝土拱梁组合桥,该桥采用了先梁后拱的支架法施工。针对该桥施工过程受力复杂的特点,本文系统介绍了施工过程在大体积混凝土质量控制、大型支座安装、系梁质量控制、铁路保护、拱肋制作安装等方面采取的措施,开展了温度升降影响、管内混凝土检测、吊杆张拉力控制与影响等施工质量控制研究,为该桥的施工质量和顺利建成提供了技术保障。

Abstract:Based on the construction of Pushan Bridge,a through deck-siffened CFST(Concrete Filled Steel Tubular) arch bridge using the bracing method of beam prior to arch,some measures of construction controlling was introduced,inluding mass concrete quality,installing large bearings,controlling tied beam quality,protecting railway,producing and installing arch rib and so on.The researches on controlling the influence of temperature change,detecting the concrete in the tubular,controlling of suspenders tension force...
