| 摘 要： | 以4-醛基-2,2-二氟苯并-1,3-间二氧杂环戊烯和氰基乙酰胺为原料制得4-(2-氰基)丙烯酰胺-2,2-二氟苯并-1,3-间二氧杂环戊烯(2);以化合物2与TOSMIC(4)经一锅法合成氟咯菌腈。反应总收率46.2%,含量(HPLC)99.8%。

| Abstract: | Using 2,2-difluorobenzo-l,3-dioxole-4-carbaldehyde as starting material, α-cyano-2,2-difluoromethylene- dioxycinnamide （2） was synthesized. Then fludioxonil was obtained from one pot reaction of （2） and TOSMIC （4）. The total yield was 46.2%, and the purity of the target product was up to 99.8%. |
