对甲苯甲腈合成工艺改进

摘    要:本文报道了对甲苯甲酸与尿素反应,进行直接氰化将羧基转变成氰基生成对甲苯甲腈的情况,改进了对甲苯甲酸直接氰化的工艺条件。当对甲苯甲酸与尿素的摩尔比为1:1.6,采用分段保温的加热方式,产品收率达75.6%。对未反应完全的原料、中间体及反应中使用的溶剂进行了回收和循环利用。

Abstract:By direct cyanidation, the reaction of p-toluic acid with urea would convert the carboxyl group to cyano group to give p - tolunitrile. The improved conditions were: mol ratio of p - toluic acid to urea was 1:16, employing a sectional heating and temperature maintenance technique. The yield was 75. 6% . The unreacted raw materials, intermediate products and solvent could be recovered and recycled. No severe environmental pollution problem encountered.
