| 摘 要： | 在长输管道施工中,如果采用外对口器对口,当管道材质硬度较高、管壁较薄以及管口椭圆度较大时,采用一般的外对口器很难达到质量标准要求。为此设计制作了液压千斤顶式外对口器,该对口器由上、下两块半环板、多个校圆压块和楔子开口槽以及一台液压千斤顶组成。使用时,通过对口器上的校圆压块和从校圆楔子开口槽內打入校圆楔子,对管端产生挤压,达到矫正管口的目的。文章介绍了该对口器的制作和使用方法。这种液压对口器适用于任何场合,对口质量较好。

| Abstract: | In the construction of a long distance pipeline with high pipe material hardness, thin pipe wall and big caliber ellipticity,general pipe external aligning devices are difficult to comply with quality standard.An external aligning device with hydraulic jack was designed and fabricated to solve these problems. It is suitable for any occasion with relatively fine quality of pipe aligning. This paper introduces the fabrication and application method of this device. |
