单、双纵模腔式光泵远红外激光器的实验研究

摘    要:实验上采用可选纵模的TEA-CO2激光器作泵浦源,用CO2-9R(16)线泵浦小型腔式NHG3远红外激光器,在单、双纵模泵浦条件下均获得波长为90.4μm的远红外谱线。对单、双纵模腔式光泵远红外激光的输出特性和工作气压作了实验比较研究,发现双纵模腔式光泵远红外激光可获得更强的远红外输出,具有较低的最佳工作气压值,并可在较宽的气压范围内工作。

Abstract:Experimentally,a longitudinal mode sel ected TEA-CO2 laser was used to be a pumping source and the CO2-9R(16) lin e was used to pump a mini-NH3 cavity OPFIRL,the NH3 90.4 μm FIR line was obtained by single-longitudinal-mode or two-longitudinal-mode pumping,and ex perimental comparison of output and operating gas pressure between single and tw o-longitudinal-mode OPFIRL were studied.It was found that the two-longitudina l-mode OPFIRL could get higher output power and broader spectrum, existed a lower operating gas pressure and wider range of operating gas pressure .
