关于吊车梁加劲肋粘结连接方法的研究

摘    要:吊车梁上设置横向加劲肋可防止在荷载作用下腹板发生局部屈曲破坏,传统做法是将加劲肋 与梁的腹板焊接连接,与翼缘采用焊接连接、刨平顶紧或将加劲肋下端断开。但焊接容易产生焊接残余 应力和应力集中,刨平顶紧施工精度不宜保证且还有锈蚀的危险,下端断开在断开处又易产生应力集 中。因此,提出将加劲肋下端与梁受拉下翼缘粘结连接以及将加劲肋与梁采用全部粘结连接的新型连 接方式,并利用有限元软件ABAQUS对这几种处理方式的应力状态进行了详细分析对比。有限元计算 结果表明,此种连接方式可以比较有效地减小梁下翼缘与加劲肋相交处的应力集中,从而改善吊车梁的 疲劳性能。

A study on the Bonding Connections of Transverse Crane Beam Stiffeners
Abstract:Transverse stiffeners on crane beams can prevent the local web failure from buckling under shearing loads.The traditional method of connection between stiffeners and beam webs and flanges is by welds.In order to reduce stress concentrations due to welding,different strategies have been employed,such as fitting stiffener ends without welding,curtailing stiffener ends by a distance or attaching short angles to stiffener ends and fitting to beam flanges.Nevertheless,fitting is difficult to implement and prone to corrosion.Therefore,this paper proposed connecting stiffeners to beam webs and flanges by adhesive bonding,either complete bonding or only bonding stiffener ends to tensile flanges,and use the finite element software ABAQUS to further analyze the stress concentrations of different connection treatments in detail.The results show that adhesive bonding can effectively reduce the stress concentrations caused by stiffeners and hence improve the fatigue behavior of crane beams.
