摘 要: | 考虑到碗扣节点的半刚性,采用有限元软件ANSYS对碗扣式模板支撑体系建立有限元模型,定量地分析初始缺陷、构架参数、立杆支座脱空及剪刀撑等因素对其承载力的影响。对碗扣节点的扭转刚度,参考支架整体试验并与模型数据进行对比分析,得出其建议值为45kN·m/rad^50kN·m/rad;杆件初始缺陷对承载力的影响可以等效为作用在连接处节点1.5%Pu的假想水平力;构架参数及剪刀撑对其承载力影响较大;当地基严格按规范处理时可忽略立杆支座脱空对其承载力的影响。

Analysis of the Bearing Capacity of Cuplok Formwork Support System Based on Semi-rigid Joint |

Abstract: | Considering the semi-rigid of cuplok joints,the finite element models of supports by ANSYS are established to analyze the effects on the bearing capacity of these factors,which include initial imperfection,frame parameters,the support separation of standing tubes and bridging.By comparing model calculation with the experimental data,it is recommended to choose 45 kN· m/rad ~ 50 kN· m/rad as the value of the joint stiffness.The effect of initial imperfection on bearing capacity can be equivalent to the notional lateral load of 1.5 % Pu acting on the nodes.In addition,frame parameters and bridging have strong impact on the bearing capacity.The effect of support separation of standing tubes can be ignored when the foundation treatment is strictly in accordance with the code. |
