摘 要: | 近几年设计业飞速发展,设计工具也在飞速进步。BIM技术作为日渐成熟的新兴技术也将越来越重要。在具体工程中探索BIM的工作方式,比较各工作方式的优劣,从而对协同方式进行优化,确立用两种模式相结合的工作方式。明确各个专业用那种模式,以及BIM在工程中的优势与存在的问题,提出BIM将带来的设计的二次变革。

Abstract: | Recently both design technologies and tools have been developing rapidly.BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology as a mature emerging technologies is becoming more and more important.Adopting BIM in practical engineering and explore the different ways of BIM to optimize the design process is an important issue.This paper determined which mode will be adopted by each specialty,and the advantages and problems of BIM in construction and proposed the huge change bring by the BIM technology to the architectural design with a special focus on the design of water supply and drainage system. |
